Our company; Bronze, Decoration, Leveling, Lathe and Foundry was established in 1976 to serve.

OUR VISION FROM 1976, without compromising the quality understanding, to meet customer demands in the best way, to achieve the goals and standards set in domestic and foreign markets. In our company, we produce with our machines brought from abroad in our modern production workshops. The aim of our company is to provide the highest quality products to its customers and to meet the international standards and norms of its customers. Our company, which has increased its customer potential and product range shortly after its establishment, counted the best quality products of the world to its customers and the most important targets of its Service Concept. In order to achieve our stated goals and objectives, we aim to move our customer-focused services beyond the standards of the sector in the long term.

Our Activity Areas

Lathe;
Turning the piece to the chip is a turning action in front of the cutting tool and the looms that make these operations are called turning lathes. Turning is one of the oldest and most important machine tools. The use of machine tools as a means of production started with the history of mankind. The first lathe machine was designed by turning a tool connected between two trees. It was called a tree lathe. The first handy lathe was made in France in 1700, with the trees waiting for many years. During the industrial revolution, Henry Moudslay developed the first lathe to draw a British screw. After that, most of the first lathes in the United States had both wood and metal parts. The first lathe made of metal tools was developed in 1850. Although the working principles of all developed lathes are the same, today modern lathes have been developed. It is the oldest and most widely used lathe machine among the developed looms. There are many types of lathes.

Leveling;
Most of the items used in daily life are made in the leveling workshop. Thanks to the molds and machines produced in leveling workshops, many products are manufactured. The fitter makes the workpiece work as raw from the raw state. Machine parts are the last process where they are leveling workshops.

Casting;
Casting is the process of pouring molten metals into the molds which have been prepared as desired. When the liquid metal poured into the mold solidifies, the casting takes the shape of the mold. Most of the metal materials are cast in production processes. Most of the commonly used molds are made of sand, clay, ceramic, mortar, metal. These substances are wrapped to the surface of the shape made of wood or other, to determine the form in which molten metals will be poured. The shape is separated from the mold when it is able to maintain the properties of the mold. Molds usually consist of two parts. After the shape is removed, two shapes are combined. With pinning and compression, two shapes can be combined exactly. The molten metal is then poured from the special inlets into the mold. The molten metal is distributed to all aspects of the mold. The mold must be strong enough to withstand the stresses of molten metal. In addition, the molten metal must be sufficiently large enough to expel the other gases in the mold cavity. Otherwise there will be holes in the casting. In addition, the metal in which the mold is made and the metal poured into the mold must not be joined. The shapes for the foundry require careful attention and mastery. Shapes are made wider than the desired casting to compensate for shrinkage during temperature drops and fluid to solid change. The polystyrene foam contained in the mold evaporates when exposed to molten metal. The wax must be melted before the molten metal is cast into the mold. Metal molds are used for metal casting types. It is generally desirable to have a cavity space in the casting. For this purpose, the paired fine sand is put into one of the mold parts.
